Hi, snow friends! It's Miss Barb. There is a big debate this month about whether Snow Friends are the friends that we make with snow or the friends that we make along the way. (It's pretty clear that it is both, in my opinion.) One thing about snow people is that they don't move (unless you are talking about Frosty the Snowman, of course). Well, I decided to fix that problem with this craft! It's a snow friend that is also a puppet!
This craft was originally created by Housing a Forest.
☃️ Snow Friend Puppet ☃️

⛄️Popsicle Stick
⛄️Glue
⛄️Mini Pom-Poms
⛄️Ribbon

⛄️Orange pipe cleaner
⛄️Black craft paper
INSTRUCTIONS
🎩STEP ONE:
Wrap the pipe cleaner around the popsicle stick. This will be your snowperson's arms.
🎩STEP TWO:
Glue 3 cotton balls into the popsicle stick to act as the snowperson's head and body.
🎩STEP THREE:
Glue on all the accessories.
We used pompoms for eyes and buttons, an orange pipe cleaner for the nose, a black paper hat, and finally a ribbon scarf.
Use your imagination to get your snow friend all decked out for winter!
Your Snow Friend Puppet can be dressed however you want, just like our Hello, Neighbor! Puppet from a few years back. But you can also...
🎄 Turn your little snow person into an ornament by adding a ribbon and hook.
🧲 Use them as adorable magnets by gluing a magnetic strip to the back of the popsicle stick.
We hope to see you at our program this Saturday, December 14th, in Idaho Falls and Pocatello.
